Beekeeping in Vermont

Since 2008, we've been passionately committed to beekeeping, tending 2-6 beehives a year on our Christmas tree farm using organic methods. We believe in the importance of supporting our local pollinator populations, and our bees play a vital role in this effort. Our northern bees are uniquely adapted to our local climate and landscape, and we take great care to ensure their health and well-being. We believe that the natural flavor and nutritional benefits of honey are best preserved by keeping it raw and only passing it through a coarse filter. This means that our honey retains all of its natural enzymes, antioxidants, and anti-inflammatory properties, making it a truly wholesome and delicious addition to your diet.

We offer a variety of honey products, including seasonal fresh liquid honey, creamed honey, and honeycomb, all of which are pure and unadulterated. We take pride in the unique flavor profiles of our honey varietals, which are shaped by the local flora and environmental conditions. Whether you're a health-conscious foodie looking for natural sweeteners, or simply someone who loves the taste of pure, unadulterated honey, we have something for you.

Please note all liquid honey will naturally crystallize over time.  To return honey to a liquid state, put honey in a warm place such as your car on a sunny day, or submerge in warm water.
