Vermont Maple Syrup, Two 1/2 Gallons
Our Vermont 100% pure maple syrup is boiled over a wood fired evaporator in Champlain Valley of Vermont. Gallon is shipped as two 1/2 gallon containers.
- Golden (previously Fancy) is best used on pancakes or waffles or paired with yogurt or vanilla ice cream.
- Amber is a great all around maple syrup. It's great on waffles, in salad dressings, cocktails, or in maple-sweetened sauces.
- Dark is a stronger syrup, well-used in baked apples or squash, as a glaze for meats and vegetables, or to sweeten baked goods. This is some people's preferred pancake syrup.
- Very Dark is the strongest syrup, best used as an ingredient in cooking or baking. Its flavor comes through in cookies, cakes, and ice cream.
